We collect and store the task data you create, modify, or delete within the application to provide our task management services. If you choose to integrate with Google Tasks, we access your Google Tasks data to allow you to manage them directly from our application.

If you choose to integrate with Gmail, we access your email inbox to allow you to manage your emails directly within our application. We only access messages to provide these task management features and do not store email content on our servers permanently unless you explicitly convert an email into a task.

2.4 Analytics and Usage Data

We use FullStory, a third-party analytics service, to understand how users interact with our application and improve user experience. FullStory may collect:

  • Your user ID, name, and email address (for authenticated users)
  • Device information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
  • Usage information (pages visited, features used, clicks, scrolling)
